Chamakh

Fabregas and Nasri will both leave this summer when Wenger first finds replacements

|

This is what Arsenal striker Marouane Chamkh seems to think. The Morrocco striker was telling French television station L’Equipe TV that he does not think he two team mates will be at Arsenal much longer.

“I think both of them are likely leaving the club,” he said. “It’s a difficult situation for the manager.

“I don’t think it’s a matter of money for Fabregas or Samir,” Chamakh continued.

“I think he [Wenger] is looking for their successors and he hasn’t found them. I think before letting them go he wants to find the players to replace them. That’s my opinion about the situation. The problem is the season starts this weekend, and it’s even more difficult for us.”

You can see that this whole saga is affecting the players as they know it will not be easy to start the season without this two. If they do leave, we have very little time in finding replacements. If Nasri does leave, I think we should then hijack Manchester United’s bid for Wesley Sneijder!

    @eve:

    One Arsenal first team player only raises his OPINION and you castrate him for it. Yet, if some unknown media hack or some pundit who has no direct affiliation to the club casts his OPINION we take it as fact and agree with it. Just think about it for a while……

    I find myself strangely happy about the news of their imminent sale. At the end of the day, you can’t build a team on want-away players. Arsenal should stop being miserly and actually spend the cash their sale generates. On Mata maybe.

    Cesc sold, happy ONLY the saga is over. More happy if Nasri is sold.
    After half season, both will announce their regrets
