Senderos signed for the Gunners in 2002 aged only 17 and as a youth prospect he was seen as our next great defensive hope.
Nothing could be further from the truth. He rose through the ranks to the first team, but he looked vastly out of his depth in the Premier League and never looked equipped with the ability or mentality to play at the top level.
