Could Mesut Ozil just have committed the rest of his career to Arsenal?

The Germany star who arrived from Real Madrid in the summer for £42.5million has enjoyed a good start to his Arsenal career and that has also tied in with Arsenal performing well on the table as we currently sit top of the table.

One can understand why Ozil would want to spend the rest of his life at Arsenal: he is playing for a big team, a team which is capable of winning the Premier League, he is still on 25-years old and he is surrounded by his fellow countrymen such as Per Mertesacker, Lukas Podolski and Serge Gnabry.

Ozil has hinted via Twitter that he may want to just stay on ‘for life’ way after his current contract which end in 2018:

Ozil has already managed to score three goals for Arsenal this season from 13 games and the more he plays, the better he is going to be. You could see against Southampton he was not at his best and that is probably because he is not 100% fit due to the flu that struck the Arsenal camp before the International break.
