Arsenal are enjoying a decent season on the face of it but, like any side, there are some players that need to up their performances.
In a title race, the Gunners cannot afford to be dragging along any deadweight and, as such, Jonathan Kaney believes that the following three players, although very talented, need to improve upon their displays so far this season.
These three Gunners are considered valuable assets to the first-team but continued poor form could prove to be costly as Arsenal continue their push towards the Premier League title. The solution? Get these men back to their best!

Joel Campbell
He tries and he tries, but Joel Campbell is struggling to grasp the superb chance he has been given in the first team.
He played well against Swansea when he bagged a goal, but his many anonymous performances of the past few weeks, and in particular against West Brom at the weekend with a glaring miss with the goal at his mercy, have shown he has a lot of work to do to stay in the first-team.
He clearly has talent and no lack of work-rate, but he has to try to impose himself in the team and demand the ball the same way he does for Costa Rica. Time is running out for him to prove he is anything but a squad players for the club.
Aaron Ramsey
A harsh inclusion, but a fair one. Ramsey is returning from a long injury and we will have to be patient while he gets back into his rhythm in the first-team. However, with the horrendous injury crisis we are suffering and the very real danger of our title push faltering, we need Ramsey to step up and show the goal-scoring form we know he is capable of.
While he is a solid performer week in, week out and rarely has a bad performance for us, he is capable of so much more than what he has shown at the end of last season and the start of this term. He looks short of confidence in attack and although we all know he is playing out of position on the right to accommodate the Santi/Coquelin partnership, Gooners will be hoping he comes back from his injury all guns blazing and looking for goals.
Calum Chambers
Chambers played well when thrown in last season, but his form has dipped due to his lack of first-team football behind Koscielny, Mertesacker and Gabriel at centre-back.
He is another very talented player who has been underwhelming in the opportunities has been given this season. However, with him now rumoured to being played in defensive midfield due to the injury to Francis Coquelin, the time is now for Calum Chambers to pull his socks up and work hard to show everyone why Arsene Wenger paid £16m for him.
