This summer Arsenal will have a pre-season tour in Asia to reach out to the countless Gunners fans in the Far East. The English Premier League is continuing to gain popularity in the Asian continent. The tour will feature a tournament with various teams in the middle of July. These teams include Arsenal, Everton, Stoke, and a Singapore Starting 11 which will feature the country’s top footballers.
The tournament will be hosted in Singapore’s new stadium which can seat roughly 55,000 fans who are eager to get the opportunity to watch some Premier League footballers compete. This tournament will be a knockout competition and will take place over the course of two days with two games being played each day.
Arsenal will use this tournament as springboard for the upcoming 2015/2016 season. It looks as if Arsenal will finish in the top four this season as they currently sit in second place. Arsenal will prepare in Asia and get ready to challenge for the Premier League title.
