Swansea City are reportedly plotting a January swoop for out-of-favour Arsenal youngster Joel Campbell.
The Costa Rican ace was retained by Arsene Wenger this season following his World Cup exploits, but the 22-year-old has started just one game in all competitions.
Consequently, Campbell is said to have grown frustrated with his bit-part role and, according to the Daily Star, Swans boss Garry Monk will offer him an escape route this winter.
The prospective move, which would be a loan switch until the end of the season, could be hijacked by Everton, while Inter Milan and Benfica are also rumoured to be monitoring the forward.
Should a move materialise, it would be Campbell’s FOURTH loan spell away from North London, having previously enjoyed stints with Lorient, Real Betis and Olympiakos.
