Alexis Sanchez forced Arsenal move by snubbing bigger Liverpool bid

|

With 10 goals in his first 16 appearances for Arsenal, it is safe to say that Alexis Sanchez is stealing hearts across the Gunners’ fanbase at the moment.

But the Chilean might just be full-on marriage material now amid reports that he forced Barcelona to reject a more lucrative offer from Liverpool in order to join us.

Arsene Wenger is believed to have captured the 25-year-old for £33m but, according to Barcelona-based publication Sport, Liverpool tabled £36m….

The report goes on to state that Sanchez was not keen on a move to Anfield and told the Catalans to accept the lower offer in belief that the Emirates was a better fit for him.

We have not always enjoyed the best of professional relationships with Barcelona, but fair play to them if this is in any way accurate.

We can catch Sanchez doing what he does best in tonight’s Champions League visit of Anderlecht.

A Liverspudian said that Alex chosen us because he wanted to life in London. LOL!!
In Alex case, was clear that reputation can determine over money. So, we got Alex and Looserpool got “Super” Mario Wackotelli. Hilarious!

I don’t know why this would be a good article. What is the purporse of this barticle. Is it such a big deal that Sasnchez wants to play for use instead of Liverpool? Yes Liverpool were better than us and beat us 5-1 but I call that an exeption coz they have not beaten us in the last 3-4 years. They are things we should always stay above and this article cheapen us by making us look like we are glad to be more attractive to a Barca player than Liverpool.

On a different note, I am a bit smug that we were able to sell them a pig in a poke in form of Vermaellen. They are apparently sending him away on loan to get some footie minutes he couldn’t get at Barca or at Arsenal.
