Has this Arsenal ace pledged his future to the club?

Lukas Podolski has intimated that he has no intention of leaving Arsenal in January and pledges to fight for more first-team opportunities.

The German has started just ONE game for us this season – the 2-1 League Cup defeat to Southampton – and has subsequently been linked with winter moves to former club Koln, Juventus – and even Tottenham!

He did, to his credit, denounce the Spurs story by claiming on Twitter that he would swap us for White Hart Lane when ‘hell freezes over’. What a guy.

And the 29-year-old has taken to social media once again, writing on Instagram:

“Once a Gooner, always a Gooner. Let’s keep fighting & my time will come. Thanks to you fans for the support.”
