The Daily Star is reporting that Arsenal are in the hunt to sign Verona’s young talented midfielder Jorginho. The reports go as far as saying that Jorginho’s representatives were in London today to speak with Arsenal over a proposed January move to the club.
Jorginho is a 21-year old midfielder who was born in Brazil and was heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in the summer but that never took place. Now has stick has risen after scoring three goals in the Serie A this season. It is been mooted that Jorginho would cost Arsenal £10million which is a fee that may seem to high to spend on a player not tested on the big stage yet. But we all know that Wenger has a knack for finding these players that not many people know about and bringing them to Arsenal and turning them into stars.
Based on the video above, one can see the vast passing ranges that Jorginho poses and how accurate they are. We have a wealth of talent current into our midfield and it would take a special player to come into the current Arsenal side and displace the likes of Arteta, Ramsey, Flamini, Ozil and Wilshere.
