It is no secret that Arsenal need to bring in another striker if we are to challenge for the title and the Champions League. Olivier Giroud is currently doing a fine job upfront but if he gets injured or stops scoring goals, we are in trouble and we can not honestly rely on Bendtner to be our leading man!

So it is no surprise that Arsenal are being linked with a January loan move for out of favour Juventus striker Fernando Llorente. The 28-year old striker joined the Old Lady in the summer on a free transfer from Athletic Bilbao but has not featured much as Carlos Tevez is the main striker at Juventus. Being a World Cup season, Llorente has to start playing regularly if he wants to be in Spain’s squad.

Getting Llorente on loan from Juventus would be a good move for Arsenal as we would now have another world class striker to play upfront with Giroud if need be or to simply compete with Giroud for the lone role upfront. Right now Giroud is our main man and if he remains fit and firing in the goals then Llorente may find himself on the bench again if he joins Arsenal on loan in January. But either way, we NEED another striker as we can not continue to ride our luck and rely solely on Giroud.

Who would you rather have start for Arsenl: Giroud or Llorente?
