I am really not surprised to be reading what the papers are saying this morning (Tuesday) about Real Madrid wanting to buy Jack Wilshere. The Sun and The Mirror are both running this story and since there is not much football news to talk about in the Premier League due to the international break, it is no surprise that these reporters are just making up stories to grab readership.
The reports are suggesting that Real Madrid have a plan to go buy the best young players in Europe and Wilshere is on their list. Real Madrid are after 5 of the best young players in Europe which include Bayern Munich defender Rafinha, Athletic Bilbao winger Iker Muniain, Lille’s Belgian starlet Eden Hazard and Borussia Dortmund forward Mario Gotze are also on the list.
There is no way I can see Arsenal selling Wilshere as he is part of the future of the club. But then again in football, you can never say never. Madrid would have to offer Arsenal an amazing fee, close to £40million in my opinion if we are even to start thinking of selling Wilshere.
