Many people did not know who Gervinho was before he signed for Arsenal. He came to the club during the summer and was one of Wenger’s flagship signings. Life did not start off well for him as he was sent off on his debut against Newcastle but ever since then he has knuckled down and gotten better and better.
Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Stoke on Sunday was Gervinho’s best game for Arsenal thus far in my opinion. He got on the score sheet and set up Van Persie’s two goals.
