Will Benayoun prove to be a good signing for Arsenal?

Arsenal have signed Yossi Benayoun on a season long loan from Chelsea. The Israeli captain arrives at Emirates Stadium with a wealth of Premier League experience, having spent successful spells at West Ham United and Liverpool before his move to Stamford Bridge.

With Arsenal having sold Samir Nasri to Manchester City, Benayoun is seen as the replacement for Nasri but will he be able to get the job done for us? I think so, he may be 31-years-old but he is still a quality player. His experience may just be what we need in the side.

Benayoun is a very intelligent player who knows when to make a pass and when to make a run. Arsenal’s style of play will suite Yossi very well and you can expect him to create a lot of goal scoring opportunities.

I know some Arsenal fans are already saying Benayoun will not be a good signing for us but let us give him a chance and see what he is capable of doing. Do you think Benayoun is a good signing?
