You can expect there to be a lot of transfer activity at Arsenal over the next 4 days as the transfer window closes on Wednesday and Arsenal need to make some signings before then.
We may desperately need a centre-back and some central midfielders but it seems like we are going to sign a striker first. Arsenal are on the verge of signing South Korea captain Park Chu-Young, 26, from under the noses of Lille for £10million.
Monaco striker Park will have a medical in London and Lille president Michel Seydoux said: “He’s left for England, clearly for Arsenal.”
It was thought that Park would be joining Lille but it seems we have hijacked that move at the 11th hour.
Park is not only a good striker but from a business perspective it will be great as he will increase the Arsenal brand in his home country.
