Finally, the whole Cesc Fabregas transfer to Barcelona saga is over. Arsenal announced that they have agreed a deal with the Spanish club for Fabregas. Now Fabregas is in Barcelona to complete the move as he has to agree personal terms and pass a medical which should be routine.

Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger said: “We have been clear that we didn’t want Cesc to leave and that remains the case. However, we understand Cesc’s desire to move to his home town club and have now accepted an offer from Barcelona. We thank Cesc for his contribution at Arsenal and wish him future success.”

The deal is reported to include a down payment of 30 million euros (£27million), with an additional 6m euros (£5.2m) in performance-based add-ons at a later stage.

So by today (Monday), Fabregas could officially be a Barcelona player.

Wish him good luck, was a good player but awful captain. Captain must posses character and willpower, as Vieira. Hopefully, we will spend earned money in right way and fully, and hope Kroenke won’t pocket them!!!
    We need Mata and Hazard!!!

We dont need mata and hazard one of them yes but both no they are another pair of small light weights. what we need is some bigger nastier players. honestly do you think barton would have.grabbed hold of drogba like he did gervinho i dont think so. I am not saying drogba is the answer but i think tevez is. samba is too and i would also go for a versatile player like vertonghen. so that is my list tevez hazard vertonghen and samba. wenger will probably go for ayew jadson dann and martin
