There could be some good news for Arsenal on the transfer front in the next couple of days, to soothe the pain of potentially losing Fabregas and Nasri.
Arsenal are set to announce the £12 million purchase of Brazilian midfielder Jadson from Shakhtar Donetsk as a replacement for Fabregas according to reports. Jadson claimed on Thursday: “If everything goes to plan, I’ll have some news for everyone at the start of next week. Hope it works out.”
This will be a great signing for Arsenal as Jadson is highly talented. Jadson, who is 27-years-old, was reportedly in London on Thursday for talks with Arsenal and this deal is as good as done. The Brazilian international’s stock across Europe rose when he was man of the match for Shakhtar when they won the 2009 UEFA Cup Final.
Some Brazilian’s have struggled to get used to the English game but hopefully that will not be the case with Jadson.
