Arsene Wenger has every right to be angry right now. Football managers should not talk about other clubs players publicly and that is why Wenger is so angry. Manchester City have been linked with a move for Nasri and Roberto Mancini declared that he will sign Nasri by month end.
Wenger said: “Mancini’s comments should not be allowed. They are against the basic rules of football and he should be informed [of that].
“I don’t know what should be done. I can’t spend my time worrying about what other people say because we are focused on our game.
“But what we want is respect and we don’t make these comments about players who are under contract at other clubs.
“Disrespectful? I cannot say otherwise. This comment is absolutely out of order but I will not give it any more importance than that.”
People are taking advantage of Arsenal these days and I do not like it. First it was the whole Barcelona team coming out and trying to get Fabregas to quit Arsenal and join them. Now Mancini and his comments about Nasri are the last straw.
