The Cesc Fabregas saga hopefully will be coming to an end now. It has dragged on for way too long and we need closure so we can move on and prepare for next season. It has been reported that Barcelona have made a new £31million offer for Fabregas which Arsenal have rejected but they told the Spanish club that if you offer £35million you can have our captain.

I think Barcelona are going to come back with the £35million offer and get their man sooner rather than late. Fabregas is not flying out with the rest of the Arsenal team on Sunday for the Far East tour. The official reasoning is that he is still injured thus he will not be able to play on tour. But I do not buy this, the reason he is staying in London is so that he can complete his move to Barcelona.

Now the search will begin for Fabregas’ replacement as with £35million in the bank, Wenger has o go out and spend it!

Barca can have Fabregas for 32 million and ,if Cesc is so desperate to go home, he can throw in 3 million and everybody`s happy.
