This summer is going to be crucial for Arsenal’s future and more so the coming season. Everyone is going on about Arsenal’s six years without a trophy and I am sure Arsene Wenger is feeling the pressure, as much as he may want to deny it. I am sure we the fans can only take so much and the board will feel the same. When a team is not doing well, the first person people look at is the manager. He is usually the first to go.

Now there is no serious talk yet about Arsenal getting rid of Arsene Wenger but there is surely going to come a time, if we continue not to win, when we will seriously consider replacing Wenger with someone else.

There may not be many candidates available right now on the market but we have put together a list of five candidates that we feel would be able to take over from Arsene. Some are suitable for the job right now if we were to sack Wenger today and some we may have to wait for them to be made available by their current clubs or for one in particular (my favourite choice) to be ready for management.

Who from the list would you like to replace Wenger?

all the managers you chose are great, but you missed the best manager, mourinho, hes the best by far, he really is that good, do you remember what he did to us when he was at chelsea, hes a great tacticion and a proven winner, the chosen one lol, but would he leave madrid to manage us is another matter, my own personal choice would have to be dennis bergkamp, he was a class player and one day hopefully he can be a class manager for us 🙂

  2. GANHU WASIU says:

Bergkamp is the answer for me. Always knew he would be a great manager one day. Not Tony Adams!

  6. rug says:

Arsene is not the man to blam.
The owners who want to keep all the revenues in their pockets. If I was the londoniens fan’s president, then I kud not allow fans to go to the Emirates, and once arsenal plays without fans, then the club’s owners cud understand our pain

  7. demongooner says:

bloody hell , now thats desperate writing lol, jesus you are so spoilt at arsenal , i use to hate arsenal fans now i just feel sorry for you.
me i’m proud to be a arsenal fan, i will never consider my self a gooner becos people who call them selfs gooners are pretty thick it seems

in answer to rug lol , how would you stop fans going to arsenal? this is a free country, and no one will stop me going to arsenal games win lose or draw.
ARSENAL FOR LIFE NOT FOR THE GREEDY GLORY HUNTERS WHO WANT EVERY THING NOW!
6 YEARS WITH OUT A TROPHY GOD YOU LOSERS, THATS NOTHING LOOK AT EVERTON ,LOOK AT VILLA, LOOK AT NEWCASTLE AND SPURS ALL BIG CLUBS ALL WITH A LONGER DESIRE TO SEE A TROPHY

  9. gerry says:

Only a complete fool would wish to replace Arsene he has performed miracles with the cash made available to him over the last few years. If anyone was stupid enough to listen to your suggestions, we would end up doing a Newcastle. Anyone who suggests sacking Wenger is a a MOORAN! JUST SHUT UP! Supporters are supposed to, like the word suggest support their club. As for some of the suggestions as to who we should buy, could people try and remain realistic i.e. who can we afford them and who would be willing to play for us!
