There is bound to be a major clear-out at Chelsea this summer now that they have a new coach who is going to want to sign his own players. Chelsea have an aging squad and it is very likely that the older players could be sold to make way for new younger players.
Now at Arsenal, we have enough young players and we need some experienced ones so maybe we could catch a bargain or two at the Chelsea Summer Sale!
I know it would be hard for us to sign Chelsea players as they are the enemy by the players themselves who could be sold may not want to leave London and thus their options are very limited as to which clubs they can go to and Arsenal could be an attractive option.
Let us put emotions aside and look at it from a purely footballing perspective, there are some good players at Chelsea who we could do with. Just look at strikers as we desperately need one, Drogba and Anelka are likely to be sold this summer. We could do with either of them from a footballing perspective.
Heading out the Chelsea door could also be Terry and Lampard as they are getting old. Lampard we may not need but Terry could be useful.
Then the likes of Jose Bosingwa, Florent Malouda, Salomon Kalou and Yuri Zhirkov could also be shown the Chelsea door.
