With all the transfer speculation going around this summer, it is hard to keep track of what is going on. One thing you have to look out for with regards to players linked with Arsenal is when these players speak out about their future.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Blackburn defender Chris Samba and now Samba has spoken out.
“I know there are discussions with some clubs.
“If a good opportunity arises, I want to seize it. It is necessary that the club understands that I want to go one step further.
“I hope they will not put a stick in the wheels. It’s been four and a half years I have been at Blackburn and two years I have played in relegation battles.”
That just signals that Samba has had enough of Blackburn and being in relegation fights and now wants to join a top club like Arsenal. Samba hopes that Blackburn will not stop him from leaving as he seeks to move to a bigger club.
This is good news for Arsenal as we are really the only big club bidding for Samba.
