Arsenal and Liverpool seem not to only do battle on the pitch but off it now as the two clubs are set to battle over the future of Arsenal left-back Gael Clichy.
Arsenal want to sell Clichy as he does not want top sign a new contract but they do not want to sell him to Liverpool especially since Liverpool is a rival team in the Premier League for the Top 4 and Liverpool are only willing to offer Arsenal £5million for the Frenchman as opposed to the £10million we want.
Roma are also interested in signing Clich and they are offering £7million which is way better than Liverpool. I say we should tell Liverpool to forget about signing Clichy and rather we focus on getting a deal done with Roma.
