As the transfer speculation continues surround Backburn defender Chris Samba joining Arsenal this summer, we had a look at what Samba has been tweeting on Twitter recently. This could easily not be Samba’s real Twitter account.
Firstly, 11 June (Saturday), Samba arrived in London as he mentioned via Twitter, “long journey, but finally arrived in London.”
What is he doing in London? Is he just on holiday or has he headed out to meet with Arsenal and discuss a potential summer move?
Yesterday (Sunday), Samba then tweeted, “very positive weekend, going to relax today, whats everybody doing?”
Why was it positive for Samba? Could it just be that talks went well with Arsenal over a potential move?
For the love of god, this is a fake account everyone knows it, don’t believe in it

This is most likely Samba’s real Twitter account.
See that it has the “verfied” (tick) symbol. It means that Twitter has actually verified that the owner of the account is actually who they claim to be.
This his latest tweet “was a privilege to play alongside @Ph1lj0nes great prospect for the future, i hope to play against him in big matches.”
Note that he said “was”. (assuming the Phil Jones Deal isn’t wrapped up yet) It really seems like he’s on the move. I hope it’s to Arsenal!
