Atleast someone at Arsenal is being proactive about trying to sign new players. This should be Wenger’s job but whilst he is on holiday, Jack Wilshere has decided to ‘tap up’ Bolton defender Gary Cahill.
Wilshere and Cahill are both at the England training camp and they had some time off today and the two of them went to play golf. Wilshere twitted: ‘Bit of golf with Gaz Cahill… Trying to convince him to join me at Arsenal haha’
This clearly did not go down well at Bolton and their chairman Phil Gartside said on twitter ‘I’m watching young Jack. Sounds like an FA charge coming on’
Players in the past have gotten into trouble with what they have posted on twitter, surely Wilshere will not get in trouble for this?
