It has been one of those seasons for Arsenal. We have come so close on four fronts but we are going to end the season with nothing. Following on from the loss against Bolton this past weekend, we can firmly say we are out of the title race, but then again, never say never. Anything can happen as long as we still have a mathematical chance of winning the league.
I am sure you were all gutted after the 2-1 loss to Bolton in the last minute. That just summed up our season, we lead but we let the lead slip away when it matters. After the Bolton match Wenger came out and said, “I do not want to blame the players. I believe the players have an outstanding attitude [and] it’s a shame they are not rewarded. But we have to accept it and go on.”
So Wenger has accepted responsibility for what has happened to Arsenal this season. It is all fair and fine for him to take the blame away from the players . So Wenger should be accountable now and he has to act! What are you going to do now Arsene?
It’s never a gud thing 4 a coach 2 have share in a club…as a diehard Arsenal fan i think Wenger is to blame 4 dis season’s failure of Arsenal, if it were a club like chelsea i believe he(Wenger) wud have been fired, he refused 2 spend money on players, i dnt think he is capable 2 handle Arsenal again…let’s remove him n look 4 a more xperienced coach dat won’t have share in d club…gud day!
I disagree with you Joshua, if we get rid of Wenger now then all the work he has done with building up these kids will come to a waste as a new manager will not keep them and sell them on.
What Wenger needs to do is be given 40 million this summer and buy players who can compliment the current squad we have.
If Wenger goes, who is there to take over???
He should stay but lose that stubburness and buy quality, strong centre halves. We are too light weight in that area.He needs to change his ways.
If arsenal want to win the league they should fire wenger.
