The goalkeeper Damián Emiliano Martínez is joining Wolverhampton Wanderers for the season on loan.
The stopper appeared on 4 occasions for the Gunners in the 2014/15 season and had a brief stay at Championship team Rotherham United.
Head coach Kenny Jackett of Wolves told the official website of the Championship side his happiness at the signing, expressing: “We are delighted to have brought Emi to the club for the season,”
“I have been aware of him from being in and around the Arsenal set-up for a few years and he has also has experience of the Championship from loan spells with Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham.
“It is very important to have good competition among your goalkeepers not just at the start of the season but as it progresses…it is good to bring Emi in.”
