Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey is convinced that he will reproduce his heroics of last season once he shakes off his early-season woes.

The Welshman established himself as our go-to-guy last term after scoring 16 times in all competitions – including the winner in the FA Cup final – despite spending four months on the sidelines.

However, the 23-year-old has struggled to scale those same heights this season and has come in for some criticism over his performances as of late, with ex-Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamaan particularly scathing.

“I’m not worried. I know my qualities,” Ramsey was quoted as saying by The Mirror.

“I’ve had a few injuries this season and I’m just getting back. To be honest, I’m still not 100 per cent physically there. It does take a bit out of me.”

Ramsey is expected to start Saturday’s visit of Manchester United, but despite hints of regression lately, The Gooner firmly believes that Rambo is not a one-season wonder, but a man who can fire us to great things.
