Arsenal can sign Demba Ba for £10million
Demba Ba is one of the hottest names in the game today as the Newcastle striker has set the stage alight this season by banging in 15 goals already.
The giant striker signed in the summer by Newcastle from West Ham apparently has a release clause of £10million according to the Daily Mail.
If this information is correct then you can be sure that a whole host of top clubs are going to activate that clause and try sign Ba as he is a quality striker. You can understand why his release clause may be that low: not many people would have thought he would have hit the heights he has this season in the Premier League.
Now with Arsenal in need of another quality striker, I think we should make a bid for Demba Ba in the summer as he would be the perfect compliment to Robin van Persie. What are your thoughts?

Demba Ba is the right person Wenger should bid for.But before that he should offload people like Chamach and Squillaci.
He is not one of the greatest strikers, but from watching him he seems to know exactly where the goal is and he is not afraid to shoot like Gervinho and Chamak. He always seem to be goal hungry and this is what you want in a striker. Here again I doubt wenger would buy Podolski because he is too expensive for wenger. wenger has to balance his books
offer newcastle the £10m then throw in squillaci as a little thank you, they are in need of a centre back and by taking ba and givinmg them squillaci we are certain to make sure they wont finish above us.
Exactly! No one would have thought Ba would be banging in goals for fun this season, that’s why his buy out clause is only £10mil. I wouldn’t suggest Arsene bid for him as we don’t know if he may turn out to be a great striker or a one season wonder. Too risky to splash this huge amount of sum. Make more sense to sign a proven player. Let me remind you, form is temporary but class is permanent.
yes i like this guy bcoz hes not afraid to shoot in front of goal…wenger should buy him…podolski is way too expensive…if wenger only sell some deadwoods first….
£15mil for Podolski ain’t expensive. He’s worth £20mil for a Germany international striker. Proven class and talent. Top class among the best striker in the world. And he’s in imperative form this year.
I think by general accesment he is a decent and potent striker very strong and can play as alone striker
proffesor wenger should not slack this time, pay for him now before the likes of Checksea, Manu or Man city show interest. Demba Ba is a very perfect man for Arsenal in a double striker formation. He’s not cup tie, & he wil be back from Africa Nation’s cup befor Henry go back to his parent club in february. Wenger, Sign him & win d league.
gunners fans i would advice that you should not allow yourself to be blown by wind of opportunity,know what you want and stick to it instead of talking about podolsky today tomorrow another name comes up…get it clear AW knowing well that form is different from class,Podolsky is a better player and 15m not so expensive for a player of his Caliber
Nothing bad in signing him he will give more challenges in the goal front&dats what affecting the team no competition.lets see if wenger can fetch him to emirate & if he does may God crown the effort of the guy 2 continue 4rm where he stop @ N.castle cos only God can crown effort.
forget it Newcastle are more likely to make it to the CL than Arsenal…they are focused and have a winning mentality
a release clause is a price STARTING point! so Newcastle will accept 10mil as a MINIMUM price. if other clubs come in the bidding war as well, then the price will definitely exceed 20mil..

Demba ba is a good player but we need podolski and hazard fast b4 u bring us Demba ba.
I think Ba is a promising player and the amount is fair for a player like him.Professor Wenger should think about it.
